The cellar, built inside the ancient mill linked to "bottaccio" (basin of water), has been renewed according to the most modern standards and in the respect of the surrounding territory.

Inside it, the wine production processes are performed from the vineyard to the bottle: the reception of the grapes, destemming-crushing, the thermo-controlled winemaking, the wood ageing, the bottling, the packing.

The cellar is operative from the vintage of 2008 and wants to represent the production philosophy that is at the base of the company using an advanced technology for the systems together with careful and meticulous research of quality that grows and fortifies the ancient tradition of love for the land.
